Kixsport is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your address . Faster options are available, you can upgrade the shipping method at checkout.

When can I expect to receive my Kixsport package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:

SHIPPING STATUS

There may be a slight delay to your order leaving the warehouse as our team is limited to allow for social distancing practices. Current delivery time: 5-10 business days.

When will my order ship?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 11am ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!

International Shipping
Kixsport is pleased to offer global shipping at competitive rates. All prices are calculated based on the destination address. International orders may be subject to duty and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, our limited release Shoes are made to order so they are not able to be returned. Be sure to check your sizing on the Size Chart to ensure a neat fit.
